Welcome to OODA Tactical (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (oodatactical.com) and any purchases of our products, including firearm magazine extensions and accessories.
1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing our site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or make purchases.
2. Eligibility You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase firearm accessories in your jurisdiction. We require age verification at checkout and reserve the right to request additional proof to ensure compliance with the law.
3. Products and Compliance Our products are ATF-compliant accessories to the best of our knowledge (no FFL required). They are intended for legal, responsible use only. While we’ve done our best to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, it is ultimately the purchaser’s responsibility to verify that possession and use of this product is legal in their jurisdiction. Buyer assumes full responsibility for compliance with federal, state, and local laws. We do not ship to restricted jurisdictions and have done our best to automatically block such orders.
4. Orders and Payment All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in USD, exclude taxes and shipping, and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including for compliance concerns.

6. Returns and Refunds Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and in original packaging. Defects or incorrect items shipped are eligible for return or exchange. See our full Refund Policy for details.
7. Intellectual Property All content on the site (text, images, logos) is our property or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability Products are sold “as is” with no warranties beyond those stated. We are not liable for misuse, illegal use, or indirect damages.
9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your misuse of products or violation of laws.
10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
