Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are processed and printed on demand. Most orders ship within a reasonable amount of time (typically 1-3 days) from the date of purchase. In times of high demand, that timeline may be longer.
Shipping Method We ship all orders via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Ground Advantage through ShipStation for reliable tracking and delivery. Rates are calculated in real-time at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Delivery Times Estimated 2–5 business days within the continental United States, sometimes longer, sometimes shorter. Delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or high volume periods. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Tracking Every order includes tracking. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once the label is created via ShipStation.
Shipping Restrictions Due to state laws on magazine capacity, we do not ship to CA, CO, CT, DE, HI, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, OR, RI, VT, WA, or DC. These locations are automatically blocked at checkout. While we’ve done our best to ensure compliance, it is ultimately the purchaser’s responsibility to verify that possession and use of this product is legal in their jurisdiction.
International Shipping We currently ship to the United States only—no international orders.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at general@oodatactical.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We’ll work with ShipStation and the carrier to resolve the issue, including filing claims when necessary.
