Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition and in original packaging.
- Defects or incorrect items shipped are eligible for return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-printed or personalized products.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Orders attempted to restricted states (even if blocked at checkout).
Refund Process
- Contact us at general@oodatactical.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable (for defects).
- We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.
- Return the item at your expense via a trackable method.
- Once received and inspected (typically within 7–10 business days), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus original shipping costs.
- Refunds appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges If you’d like a different variant (e.g., color), we’ll treat it as a return and new order. Contact us to arrange.
Warranty All products come with a 30-day defect warranty. If your item arrives damaged or fails due to manufacturing issues, we’ll replace it at no cost (including return shipping).
